My mini goal(s) are for the next 30 days:
1) to get 10,000 steps in each day
2) be mindful of eating healthy meals
3) have a positive outlook each day
Long term goal(s):
1) be at my goal weight Friday April 9th, 2021 (182 days from today) a 39 lb loss
2) be able to wear my favorite clothes once again
3) be healthy and active
4) have a positive outlook each day!
(30 September) My next mini-goal is to be below 77.5 kg which will take me into the top of my maintenance range (assuming I maintain at 75kg +/- 2.5 kg). Suddenly this feels pretty close! MFP gave me 75.5 kg as my "if every day were like this in five weeks you would weigh..." recently. That was back up to 77.7 kg yesterday, but it was a reminder that my goal is within striking distance.
Well, I haven't make this goal yet, but I did my first 10 km rom (rowing machine, indoors) yesterday.... I am hoping to be below 78kg by the end of October.
Less than a week later, I was surprised and very pleased to weigh in at 77.6 kg this morning after exercise. That's the lowest I have been for a few years and very nearly into the top of my maintenance range (77.5kg will be the top). Next goal is to be at this weight in the morning before exercise...

-Down 40 lbs overall ( I made it! I'm down 41.2 lbs overall)
-Get to 190 lbs (9.67 3.8 lbs to go)
-Some clothes goals...I've got a pair of jeans that I can finally button again but have horrible muffin top. Then I 've got 2 button down tops that have got that annoying gap at the bust and also a little tight across the back (I wore one top to an interview, and the other is still just a smidge too tight across the back. I will try those 3 items on weekly until they fit! (Life has been busy so I haven't had a chance to try on the bottoms)
-Reach 50 lbs overall (8.8 lbs to go)
-Lose 20 lbs by year's end (ambitious but I need something to aim for! That will take me to 173.8; 20 lbs to go)
My mini goal: 3 more pounds to lose to be at the 25% mark of my weight loss. Once I hit it, I will reward myself with a new phone that I've been wanting for months!
I really want to to lose 2 kg to reach my lowest recorded weight of 87kg (2014) during October.
Somewhat surprisingly I hit 87kg this morning. New mini goal is 85kg, a nice round number.
My other mini goal is to log a 10K run under 7 min/km. current PB is 7:01.
Ok, down to 85 this morning 😮 guess I truly have a new lowest-recorded-weight. I think the next mini goal will be 82kg, because then I’ll just be 5kg away from the healthy BMI. I also want to slow down my loss and I’m actually shooting for 82kg by end of year.
Having my first item of clothing fit with ease as apposed to being tight last time I wore them...👍...still a long way to go...but I'm chuffed all the same..
to reach 3000 miles on my mountain bike before winter hits hard. Almost there with less than 100 miles to go! I started in the middle of May.
Well mine is in kilometers, but seeing your post made me curious as to how many I have on my mountain bike this year. So I calculated it (started mid April to now) and I have 728.33k which isn't anywhere near your 3000 miles, but I still call it a win! And perhaps I should make a mini goal of hitting 1000k before it gets too cold and snowy to ride.....hmmmmm
Healthy baby and Momma! I'm 24 weeks on Thursday and I've been eating well, exercising and steadily gaining as I should. All I want is a healthy baby and to feel good while getting there. Never been so motivated
I am with you there! Congrats! I am 25 weeks myself and SUPER overweight so according to my doc I don't NEED to gain anything but have to watch how much I lose right now. Anyways a certain protein in my blood is low which affects baby's growth and while it has nothing to do with diet or exercise or anything within my control to do anything about I still want to be more healthy for this baby! (#4 but they are all important enough to want to be healthy for)
So. mini goal would to be the healthiest I can be for the rest of the pregnancy and then we shall go from there with more small goals!

Yeah, that’s a win! I’ve been averaging 20 to 23 miles per day and ride every day, Other than the few days where I couldn’t because of rain. It’s the most riding I’ve done in my life!
Mini goal: sticking to my exercise plan. I can't swim or lift because the gym is closed indefinitely. We bought a water rower in July that was delivered Sept. 30. I'm keeping a log of my workouts to see my progress. I've been walking and running since March, but my knees just can't take that much weight bearing activity. I've lost fitness and strength. I'm happy to be back in the game, although I wish it was in a pool...

One pound to go! Hope to be ordering my phone by next weekend!
