The next 180 were bariatric surgery (duodenal switch), vyvanse, calorie counting, walking 3 miles a day, and weightlifting.
I've dealt with excess skin with my loss. Have you had to deal with that?
Oh yeah, for sure. In fact you can see my "wings" in that photo on the right, and the photo was carefully cropped not to show the big baggy flaps hanging down below my shoulder blades. My neck, thighs, chest, back, arms, and of course my stomach. I've got an appointment next week with a plastic surgeon to talk about it.
