Wow! Amazing job!2 -
LFuller 2016 you have done a wonderful job and look great. I’m also doing keto and it’s probably the keto haters who hit disagree. Just pay no attention to it.7

Thank you for your kind reply. Keto has transformed my health, and I am only halfway there, but it is the thing that has motivated me to change my habits and my life.
Changing your lifestyle, body, and muscle definition is difficult and painful. Anyone who can persevere and work through it is like clay being pounded, shaped, refined in fire, and coming out the other side stronger than ever. I admire everyone here, no matter what path it took them to get there. This takes hard work and strength of character. Everyone here is a shining example of that, no matter what part of their journey they are on. ♥️17 -

Could be someone who really doesn't like keto. But it's probably someone who accidently tapped the disagree button while scrolling, don't worry about it14 -
Wow, everyone looks great

April 21st(before pic at 190)
Today (137.2lbs this morning)
My goal is 120 and then I’ll adjust from there give or take a few pounds. However, even at my current weight my face has changed so much.

Before: 2013, when I first joined MFP, 215 lbs.
After: Yesterday (my 60th birthday), 140 lbs.
I haven't weighed 140 since I was 30 years old. It's been a slow, up-and-down process to get here. Maybe 15 pounds more to go... I'll know when I get there.47 -
Everyone is looking so beautiful and fabulous! I've lost 42 ish pounds since January.

Loads left to lose but I think I’m starting to see a difference. This is Beginning of August, beginning of September and yesterday

13 years and 16 lbs difference

August 26th, September 17th and October 7th. About 3 weeks in between pictures and 16 pounds lost. Many many more pounds to lose, however.

I’ve been obese a really long time, a really really long time. First went to weight watchers with my mum when I was 11 years old and I was obese then. Back in 2012 I lost some weight to get pregnant, then put most of it back on. Today I was digging through old photos and this is my journey so far. A difference of 50lb between the first and the last picture (today).

photos/stories like these are awesome. slow and steady (not the tabloid "lose xxx weight in three months").3

When using some phones it is easy to hit the 'Disagree' button by accident. As disagreeing with a factual statement and not an opinion is nonsensical - I would assume it's a miss hit and ignore. Congratulations on your weight loss achievement!11 -
140 lb difference

2014 vs 2018.... 2020 edition would be the same as 2018. I've managed to keep off the 40+kg I lost over a four year period.

October 2020 - 44 lbs lost (30ish to go)

I just wanted to add that everyone should take those pictures that you can add in the app when you update your weight. For the first 30 pounds I thought "ugh, why do I want to upload my picture?" DO IT! It will motivate you down the line. I feel like I missed an opportunity to celebrate in my progress.16
