The picture on the right is in January of 2017 when I started my journey at 196 lbs. Picture on the left is from 3 days ago at 144 lbs. I still have about 10 lbs to go.

Amazing transformations everybody! Very motivating and so much great hard working showing from everyone.

I'm far from done my fat loss goal but am well under way. I started at 274 lbs on Feb 2nd 2018 and have now lost 60 lbs as of today May 18 2018. Feeling great and looking forward to more of the same.

Just hit my 1 year log in streak today so thought I'd share the change in my face after 100 lbs lost. I still have 100 lbs to lose so hope to see more change next April. All of the posts on here are awesome to see! Way to go everyone!
