55 pound loss in 1 year. It’s taken another year to get down 4 more pounds. (I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve lost and gained the same 2 pounds over the last year!) Only 4 more pounds to go! Slow and steady.
Woah- sorry. Not sure why the after pic came out so huge.47 -
Just over halfway to my goal. I wouldn't normally share a picture as sweaty as I was after my run today, but that's part of the progress!

Left is 2014, ca. 86kg (187lbs). Right is this last week, just over 75kg, my goal weight. I'm 180 cm (5'11"). I lost to my goal weight in spring 2015, maintained until summer 2017, gained it all back plus some to spring 2020 (weighing in at >88 kg), and have now lost it again. I plan to think harder about maintenance this time, though to be fair to myself the regain was partly a result of medication, then combined with peri-menopause.

My transformation a year ago...after which 2 accidents got me bed ridden, plaster cast, and gained 12 kgs back... Hoping to shed it soon... I shared my pic here to get motivated again so that I do it again71 -

Lovely pictures, and I do hope you are fully recovered. It sounds as though have had a very traumatic time. (12kgs is a lot less than 62lbs: you can do this!)

I'm not usually one for (face) pictures (I prefer being behind the camera) but I managed to take a passable selfie yesterday and I compared it with the ID picture taken at work when I started there nearly three years ago.
(I don't smile for pictures, my apologies for the resting *kitten* face 😉)
