    Hardest, most rewarding workout I have probably ever done. So much so that as I finished up I started to cry! Talk about a release of emotions!

    Beachbody’s 6 Weeks of The Work: The Crucible

    100 Reps of each:
    •Sprinter hop (100 each side)
    •Diamond push-ups
    •Arnold presses
    •Jump Goblet Squats
    •T Plank with dumbbell
    •Alternating floor press in reverse table top (weighted dead bug)
    •Dumbbell jump lunge
    •Slider burpees

    Such a badass and super inspiring. Good job!

    Ha! Knee was not my problem, but my ankles were sooooo tight when I started. I would compensate while trying to hold the squat by using my shins and they would BURN!!! It eventually went away and my posture has improved tremendously as well.

    You should give it a try. Slow increase to 10 minutes and use support if needed. Although, you would probably kill this challenge Mrs Badass 😜

    🤬 How many people press the "Done" button instead of the "Post reply" button accidentally and have to start all over??? Its just me?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️
