Sorry, I do not see a difference.

very little difference in pictures.
PMS, salt/water retention, and yes, not going to the gym for 3 weeks can make slight differences.
Go back to the gym. Go for a long walk, go for a run. You will emotionally and mentally feel better. Even if you are "busy", you know that is an excuse. There is almost no way you cannot squeeze in a 30 min walk and some push ups at home.4 -
I'm not going to validate your body dysmorphia. These are not fair pictures. Different lighting, angles, distance... ect.... Get some help....13

I wonder too, maybe not in OP's specific case but in other posters I've seen post pictures before...people are looking for that validation that they're looking better, looking great, are 'good enough'. KWIM?
So many of us have a skewed self-image, for whatever reason. It's a sad but very true thing. If we could all learn to simply like ourselves and accept ourselves for who and what we are. I mean, if we see changes we want to make, then work towards them(if it'll make you happier and healthier) but don't become obsessive over them. In the end, our flesh melts away and all that's left are the memories/legacy we've left our friends and family, actions we've done towards bettering the world, animals and people in it. Nobody is going to care if our bodies were holding onto 3# of water. KWIM?
Just my thoughts and something I'm trying hard to come to grips with myself.5 -
I'm getting tired just reading your posts, OP, it must be EXHAUSTING living in your head. Please talk to a professional.12

People are simply trying to point out that you REALLY need to speak to a professional about your body dysmorphia issues....11 -

Yes, it really sounds like you need some help outside these forums OP. Please see if you can find some professional help.8 -
You know OP, there's no shame in seeing a professional for mental issues about dieting. The two frequently go hand-in-hand. You have to resolve the mental before you can go on. Many posters arrive at a low weight and are very unhappy so everyone is telling you this out of concern for you. It's very common. With COVID there are on-line options. Look into it and I hope you have a bright future.9

I don't want to speak for anyone, but I don't think @Mithridites intended their comment in a rude way. Being hard on yourself and constantly stressing over body issues can be mentally exhausting. I really do hope you decide to try the option of speaking with a professional...if you're going through the weight loss process,, you owe it to yourself to try to be both physically and mentally healthy about it as much as you can.7 -

Unfortunately she doesn’t seem to be interested in professional help because many people in many of her threads have made that suggestion and she doesn’t seem to go get help or even admit that she needs help.

i think it’s a tiny bit of fat and bc at that point i didn’t go to the gym for 3 weeks (2 weeks of that in quarantine)
because since going to the gym got only 3 days my body is back to how it was and even better than it was now that i’m more focusing on weight training which is probs useless since i’m not eating in a surplus but it’s fun2 -

You can gain some muscle while eating in a deficit, especially if you are new to it, but no you aren’t going to gain it in a week or two. Just like weight loss, muscle gain is a painfully slow process.1 -

Fair enough. 3lbs isn't much to lose again. You will get a little heavier with muscle.0 -
Nothing about these pictures should make you so upset that you feel like you're going "insane." There are times when we're unhappy with our bodies and it's really about our bodies. But there are other times when we're upset with your bodies and it's really about what is in our head. I think you're in that spot.3
