if you are suggesting that high level body builders are taking steroids, you would likely be correct more often than not.
but one can get relatively (to their own genetic potential) strong without taking steroids, and a body building type training program would be more effective with heavier relative weights.
perhaps the analogy would read better with a 95# vs a 225# bench?

The multiple sets of 350lb for sets of 15.
I live in a much smaller country, so less lifters but with a very close nit community, I don’t know any natty bodybuilder banging out 350 For those sets and reps
I train in a gym with multiple natty pros

I enjoy powerbuilding. I wanna look strong AND be strong. I think bodybuilding style hypertrophy is best for adding mass though.0

I can incline bench 3 plates for sets of 8 etc.
That’s strong enough for me, While still focusing solely on hypertrophy

I pay private for a prescription of hgh from one of those ‘ wellness clinics, ‘ which at nearly 42 is like an injection of youth tbh
My upper chest is my stubborn bodypart
I’m not a great presser never have been, arms are far too long, so I’ve put other body parts on MV and dedicated a lot of time and effort to improving my incline pressing, be that bb bench dB bench, guilotine press etc
Apart from synthol I think I have to accept
