You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period.

            I'm back on MFP after seeing 200+ lbs on my scale recently and thats a big yikes! So far my plan is 5 workouts a week and trying CICO again. Losing weight after 30yo is so much harder than I realized 😦

            Sounds like an interesting challenge to give me an extra month after 12/31. I officially weigh in on Thursdays. However, on Sunday I "peek" at the scale to see if I need to adjust for the next couple of days. I am posting my last Sunday's weight, which is actually my starting weight for this challenge. My actual weight is a little less, but this was my weight on Sunday, 11/1. It will be a little strange for me to now have 2 different days to weigh in on a couple different challenges. I do think it will be fun interesting. Also, getting to know a new group is always fun. Good luck everyone. We can do this

 8 Nov - 153.8 lbs - I am so happy with this because I have finally got back into10st. I have not been the 10st bracket for about 8 years. These challenges have really helped me to keep going and not to give up when my weight loss has slowed.
