OK, so you’ve lost those ugly pounds, now it time to narrow those hips! The key is to walk more pigeon toed while keeping your hips forward. It is going to take a while since you are reforming your muscles and tendons, but the results are worth it! WorkIt!!

Wow--this is the wackiest advice I've ver seen on here in 7 yrs. I compliment you. Any proof to your claim?8

I need to see a video of how you do that. Preferably while wearing a funny hat and making pigeon sounds. Call me whimsical....12

Oh, go on - I'll play. How does one go about 'reforming' one's tendons..?3

This is hard to do considering that the *cue the music* hips don't lie.1

Sir, to be completely fair, I tried to do this and I can't. I even put on a pair of heels and it works a tad better. I'm here to report that doing this will actually give you hip pain.
"Though children usually outgrow being pigeon-toed, called in-toeing by doctors, the stance can persist or get worse in adulthood, often caused by a rotational twist in the tibia (shin bone) or a twist in the femur (thigh bone) as it connects to the hip. If the problem worsens, so might the person's hip pain."

Fat-bottomed girls make the rockin' world go round.
Also, I too would like to avoid injuring myself.6 -
I would really like to see some before and after photos from this......technique.2

It's really easy!
Just jump to the left, and then a step to the right. With your hands on your hips, you bring your knees in tight. But it's the pelvic thrust, that really drives you insane!
You might need some audience participation though.16 -
You're BORN with the bones you have and CANNOT change their width. Doing something asisnine as this defies how your body naturally moves.
FOLKS DON'T DO THIS. If you're looking for hip problems later, this would be the cause. This causes femoral anteversion and you may need a hip replacement later if you intentional try to pigeon toe walk.
