    Thanks for your affirmation. It was nice to have a big lose... but I think I might need to slow down. I'm worries I'm going to lose too much muscle weight at this point. Time to eat more food. :)

    I'm sorry everyone - I need to drop out of this challenge this month. I have been doing this challenge for the past 4 months and I am truly going to miss it. I have extreme extenuating circumstances in my personal life that are inhibiting me from doing anything "extra" at the moment. I will continue to log on to MFP each day and go to the gym/meet with my personal trainer... but that's all I can give right now.

    Only 32 hours to go til I weigh in and I am not optimistic. Going to have to do a real 'last chance workout' Jillian style to make any kind of progress tomorrow.

    Lets try 30DS, full Legs etc, Upper Body & Abs with Davina and try a little Turbo Fire to finish me off. If I don't kill myself with exercise I'll see you all in 32 hours!!
