Meh, still won’t wear one and still doing great.

Give the government an inch and they will take a mile. You accepted mask mandates locally and now the democratic presidential nominee, yes he is still a nominee and not president-elect, will try and implement a nationwide mask mandate.

Given your response you should know the answer to that. If there were a rally or something you and your kind would be there to accost and physically assault us.

"Your kind" - as though all people who wear masks fall into one category or type. Just sayin', we aren't all a "one size fits all" group.

No, your kind as in someone who would call people like me misguided idiots who should be at a rally or something. That has nothing to do with masks.

No. I’d be home with my children. Keeping them safe from people like you.

Thank you for staying home with your children. Although I’d never accost or assault them I appreciate you taking responsibility for your family’s health and staying away from me. You and your attitude are not someone we would appreciate around this community.

I didn't call you that. At all. And you shouldn't assume that just because one mask-wearing denizen does, that we would all do that.

Just like you shouldn't assume that all mask-wearing denizens of the internet are pro-rioting, pro-protesting or pro-liberal. Again, just sayin', we aren't a one size fits all.

    Mkay.

My comment had nothing to do with your comment.

But you responded to my comment, thus lumping me into a category along with who you were actually after, hence my response. I hold no ill will toward you and I'm Audi 5000 because I know well enough that political discourse or controversial topics usually land users in MFP jail. Peace.

    Deuces, no I didn’t.

I can't see lickity-split when I am also wearing my prescription lenses

I realise this is in chit chat and you posted in good faith - perhaps a serious thread on mask difficulties would be ok.
Not a debate about wearing them as mods have banned that and it is in the realm of debating seat belt laws - but a thread for hints about problems with mask wearing.

On the problem of fogging up glasses there are a few tips.

The one I found most helpful was rolling up a tissue concertina style and pushing it into the wire bit that moulds round your nose. Moulding it tightly onto your nose
Quite a few of the cheap paper masks do have a wire (or hard plastic) insert
Absorbs your breath so it can't rise upwards to fog your glasses

I never wear a mask. The data doesn't support it.
