Intermittent fasting

Hello. Need some guidance. I am 6'3, 329 lbs. Large football player type body. A good amount of muscle mass, but want to shrink down to 250 lbs. I just started testosterone therapy with a urologist because it has been low for years.
I stay around 3,000 calories a day. I am seriously wanting to explore ways to shred fat and lose weight. Please help. Thanks.

You can’t “shred” fat. You can build muscle and lose fat. Building muscle in a deficit is hard but not impossible and the testosterone therapy will certainly make it easier.
To lose weight you eat in a deficit. Weigh and track your food accurately so you know whether or not you are in a deficit.0 -

Intermittent fasting is an eating schedule that helps some people stay within their calorie goal. Try it and see if it helps you. There are many IF groups on My Fitness Pal for tips.
