Trying to cut 25lbs

Been a struggle for me as I start to lose weight and it comes back. Trying to get on a steady rythm of good eating and exercising.

    Really try to stay strict on yourself in the beginning...it’s hard and sucks but it really helps get past foodblocks (new word lol) and keep up with exercising! When I exercise it gives me more determination to be on point with my eating.

    Thanks a bunch. Makes complete sense. I have noticed in the past, that when I get on a good exercise routine, I don't want to waste it on junk food. Foodblocks, I love it!

    Good luck to you!!! exercise is the easy part, it's definitely the eating better part that is hard. This time of year harder yet!!
