Reached my Goal weight :)

Since August 1st I have doing Intermittent Fasting and I love it! I have reached my goal weight and feel so much better. But, now the question is how to maintain. Any tips on maintaining?

    Congratulations! As for maintaining, I'd just say keep on doing what you're doing, just don't force as much of a deficit.

    Have you figured out what your sweet spot is in terms of calories per day? If not, then I'd increase a bit and watch for a week or two... The weight will fluctuate over time, so identify what range you're happy with... If you go over the top limit, eat a bit less. If you go under the lower limit.. Eat a bit more.

    Now it's all about fine tuning the machine.
