Women who are 5'8, what size pant are you at what weight?

I'm 5' 8" and 200 - I wear a 14/16 depending on cut and brand. I have one pair of 12's that fit as well. When I was at my lowest 20 years ago, 138, I wore a 10, sometimes 8, and 6 in skirt. Looking through these, everyone carries weight so differently. Mine is all in my lower belly and inner thighs.

I'm 5'8, at my heaviest of 267 was a size 18. At 210 I was a size 18. At 195 I was 14-16. I've regained and back in 18s.

This is part of the reason I struggled and still am. I rarely see size changes. In tops I'm always XL - 2X, even at 195. I feel us taller gals weight is spread out, thus as we lose it's not as obvious, which can be frustrating to say the least.
