Double chocolate dessert hummus from Aldi. Basically garbonzo beans with cocoa and a bit of sugar. I out it on a graham cracker with a bit of lite non dairy topping. It's delicious!

Homemade pizza I made when we had company. I made 2 large pizzas. So hard to resist the leftovers, but company ate a lot and I sent some home with them.

Today's breakfast: oatmeal (2/3 cup, uncooked) with a baked 'n spiced apple. I mixed in oat milk (1/2 cup) and lactose-free Greek yogurt (1/2 cup) then it was all topped with chopped walnuts (1 tbsp) and a sprinkling of brown sugar (01/2 tsp).

It's a lot of oatmeal once cooked so I get to nibble on this all day 😋

    Does drink count?
Frothed some milk with tiny bit of instant cheesecake pudding, then added coffee. Starbucks got nothing on me.

    Several things come to mind..

When I was up in Detroit, it was the hummus from the middle eastern restaurants, and also the Botanas (basically loaded nachos) at one of the restaurants from Mexicantown.
Back here at home, its the saag paneer with cumin rice I've been making most weeks. I eat it nearly every afternoon for lunch.
