Ideas for meals

Hi! I am trying this weight-loss thing for like the billionth time since having my son, who is now 3 1/2 years old. I am doing Zumba! regularly (it is so fun if you have never tried it), I coach youth cheerleading, I also teach gymnastics/tumbling at a local dance studio. So I guess I am pretty active. I obviously am not cooking just for me so ideas for family cooking and cooking on the go are needed. I find that we eat a lot of the same thing because it is convenient and and comfortable LOL. I want to lose 15 lbs. by my 28th birthday in December. My goal weight-loss is 30 lbs.....long way to go:'''(
