Cheese, starchy foods (pasta, bread, mashed potatoes), and chocolate. Pizza is my go to comfort food when I want to indulge1

Medjool Dates stuffed with nut or seed butters and drizzled with dark chocolate and a pinch of course sea salt...weakness for sure4
