My weight loss was slow, but if I keep the course, in 2 months I’ll be in territory not seen for about 10y.13

And this morning (7 December) the scale was hovering between 75.8 and 75.9 kg without my having exercised. It might be back up tomorrow, but this morning it was below 76 kg. That means less than 1 kg to goal! I wonder if I might be below 75.5 kg before Christmas? We'll see!I'm going with YeS!11 December: I was back up to 76kg this morning, having been 75.5kg yesterday. However, I think I have a fair chance.
So, I weighed in at 75.2kg the scale on 19 December, 75.3kg on Christmas Eve and this morning I was at 75.0kg on the dot, and THAT IS GOAL! So the next "mini"-goal is to have my monthly average at between 75 and 75.5kg, and then I'll work on transitioning to maintenance.

I really want to feel confident enough to post workout videos/gifs.11

I'm doing maintenance til the end of the year, but it occurred to me this morning that if I lose 15 more pounds I will have lost exactly half of my excess weight. That's a definite milestone that's not that far away!16

Decided to start a run streak in order to change up my targets. 18 jan will mark 1 month so that’s a mini goal.
Other than that my (big) mini goal is to reach a normal BMI which is roughly 5 kg away. I’m aiming to achieve that in Q1 of 2021.14 -

I'm so ready to be out of the 230s! I've been hovering between 233 and 235 for a week now, and I know with a few days of healthy eating and activity I'll be in the 220s. When I hit 225, my BMI will be under 40!14

I don't mean to offend you but be careful with comparing your weight to your teenage daughter's (or son's) weight. This can create body issues for teens, most of whom already struggle with body acceptance. Not to metion that eating disorders are prevalent in these younger age groups in particular.10

Today it's knowing that 2020 is over as of tonight and I have decided 2021 is gonna be my b*tch. Meaning I will be working on myself. Which today meant booking myself into the pool for two swim sessions. Figure that's a great start to the new year.
And maybe, just maybe my foot will have finally healed enough that I can start running again. God I would love that dearly. I miss my runs. Been sidelined from my runs since I pulled a muscle in the back of my calf in September and this somehow translated into a pulled tendon. And those take forever to heal.11
