    Every time I lose weight, I feel like I'm freezing half the time. Also, after a great workout, I'll feel really cold later.

    My joint pain level goes down when losing weight, up if gaining. (Inflammation?)

    I feel the same way after exercise. I think it's the sweat evaporating off the skin and taking heat with it.
