    No, just no!

    You cannot eat just one item and call that a healthy diet! Proper nutrition needs a varied diet, including all the essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals. 🙄

    well that does sound like much food or much nutrition.

    fat is not bad. its a needed part of our diet and our body needs it to function.

    I had an acquaintance years ago who suffered from severe depression and, probably, schizophrenia. He ate nothing, absolutely nothing, but Skippy Peanut Butter and Welsh's Grape Jelly on Wonder Bread with water to drink for more than 20 years. Sat in his little house, had the little corner store deliver his supplies.
