Hey I’m Vic! Quit a bunch of unhealthy habits over the last 2 years. Now it’s time to add healthy habits to my daily routine and I was introduced to this app. Thanks for any shared wisdom to help my journey.
Currently 46 y/o standing 6’2” tall and weighing in at 221lbs

well done on kicking some unhealthy habits.. not easy I know.
Logging was super important to my success, it helped me see that I didn't always eat as healthy as I thought.

42 here as well and likely in mlc mode too but it’s making me healthier. On the app a couple months and it does help. Good luck to you.0
