    1/1: 3:00 planks
    1/2: 4:00 planks
    1/3: I was going to rest, but could not sleep 🤷‍♀️ So I did 3:00 planks 😀
    1/4: 5:00 planks during the video workout. Later: 10:00 isometrics (out of which 3:00 wall sits)

    1/5: 10:00 isometrics + 3:00 planks

    September: rest. Did some, during other workouts, but not explicitely/no counting.

    January Goal : 90 minutes planks (avg 3 min/day), going add in other exercises as I figure that out!

    1/1 – 2 min forearm, 2 min mixed planks; 1 min situp (20), 1 min squat (30), 1 min knee pushups (15)
    1/2 – 3 min mixed plank; 1 min situp (20), 1 min squat (28), 1 min knee push ups (21)
    1/3 – 4 min mixed planks; 1 min situp (20), 1 min squat (31)
    1/4 - 6 min mixed planks
    1/5 - 4 min mixed planks, 1 min situp (21), 1 min squat (32)

    January Goal : 90 minutes planks (avg 3 min/day), going add in other exercises as I figure that out!

    1/1 – 2 min forearm, 2 min mixed planks; 1 min situp (20), 1 min squat (30), 1 min knee pushups (15)
    1/2 – 3 min mixed plank; 1 min situp (20), 1 min squat (28), 1 min knee push ups (21)
    1/3 – 4 min mixed planks; 1 min situp (20), 1 min squat (31)
    1/4 - 6 min mixed planks
    1/5 - 4 min mixed planks, 1 min situp (21), 1 min squat (32)
    1/6 - 4 min mixed planks, 1 min situp (21), 1 min squat (36), 1 min scap pushup pike (10)

    ** Note: have not been counting pushups because they are triggering headaches, something that has never happened in the past. Starting Scapula Pushup Pikes to see if it is a strengthening issue.

    My goal is 65 mins for Jan, doing the 5 min workout 3 times per week. Actually starting Mon since we’re leaving town till Mon, our 18 year anniversary. Hubby might look at me fun, laying on the floor doing planks in the cabin, lol.
