    This week was not looking good. My weight jumped to 153.0lbs a few days ago. I switched back to a carefully counted low carb diet.

    I would love to join. This is a little aspirational for me though. I just turned 50 and my metabolism has REALLY slowed down. I would like to join this challenge and see what I can do.
