I think the starting 224 was a false high as I haven’t been doing anything too dramatic (1,500kcal per day and 300/400 workout Kcals two or three times a week).

I have been struggling to move the dial downwards this last few days. Haven’t been going to the gym much this month but have been doing a lot of walking and of course counting calories.
