Need Help

Options
On low carb diet of less than 22 carbs per day with a calorie limit of 1800 per day. I have been religiously following these restrictions for 2 weeks but have yet to reach Ketosis. I have even resorted to drinking a tablespoon of coconut oil before each meal. This has happened to me in the past as well and I have gotten frustrated and quit. I'm a 6 ft. 250 lb man. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
