I have been struggling to move the dial downwards this last few days. Havenβt been going to the gym much this month but have been doing a lot of walking and of course counting calories.

So after stalling for a few days I have plummeted! Not complaining as the reverse can, and will, happen.
I have done some swimming this week and have been trying to walk (even for 15 mins) after every meal. 1,500kcal per day. It is also dry January.
