Had a HUGE appetite on Monday for some reason, couldn’t feel full no matter what, so I’m really happy the scales are still showing a loss. I’m pretty consistent most of the time so it’s obvs helping a lot.1 -

I'm not sure about the accuracy of my scale since the numbers jumped around a lot. But one number came up twice so I'm going with it. Also I'm purchasing another scale so I don't have this issue again 😖
