Challenge Starting Weight: 154.8 lbs
Challenge Level: A mix of Level 1 and Level 2. Looking to loose 7 Lbs but 10 would be a bonus.
Challenge Goal weight: 147 lbs
1 Nov - 154.8 lbs
8 Nov - 153.8 lbs - I am so happy with this because I have finally got back into10st. I have not been in the 10st bracket for about 8 years. These challenges have really helped me to keep going and not to give up when my weight loss has slowed.
15 Nov - 153.4 lbs
22 Nov - 153.2 lbs
29 Nov - 151 lbs
6 Dec - 151.6 lbs
13 Dec - 150 lbs - it is official according to my BMI i am no longer overweight 🍾 🥳. It has taken me 8 months to loose 38lbs, I've got another 3lbs to go to reach my personal goal once I get there i will see how a feel. I think would like to get to 140 lbs
20 Dec - 151.4 - going in the wrong direction. I have been a bit relaxed with my tracking.
27 Dec - 151.2 lbs - I have had 3 days without tracking. I have enjoyed eating roast dinner, takeaway pizza and sticky toffee pudding! In order to enjoy the delicious and high calorie foods i tried to make sensible choices for the rest of the day. Pretty happy to see i didn't go up 🙂
3 Jan - 150 lbs
10 Jan - 150 lbs happy to be maintaining but still got 3lbs to go to reach my goal weight. Need to make more of an effort to track and to exercise.
17 Jan - 150.4
24 Jan - 147.4 l am not sure why my weight has dropped so much this week but I have got back into the swing of calorie counting after a couple of weeks of very lax counting. I am really please only 0.4 lbs away from my goal weight!!! 😀😃😄

13 Dec - 322.4 (-3.6)
20 Dec - 321.6 (-0.8) - a little disappointed but I was put on a new medication this week for stomach pains, and it's the TOTM... so... hopefully it will show more next week
27 Dec - 318.2 (-3.4)
Total for December- 11.4lb:)
3 Jan - 316.4 (-1.8) arrrrgh that target weigh is still eluding meeeee! still 4 weeks to go though!!

Challenge Starting Weight: 208.4 (October 31, 2020)
Challenge Level: *** (15 pounds)
Challenge Goal weight: 193.4
1 Nov – 207.4 Off to a good start! Good luck everyone!
8 Nov – 206.0 Trying to stay mindful in a busy situation at home/work.
15 Nov – 208.6 See what Chinese food does to me? Working it back down from a 210.0 bloat.
22 Nov – 208.1 Working it down
29 Nov – Forgot to weigh
30 Nov – 207.2 Better!
1 Dec – 207.6 Ouch!
6 Dec – 203.4 That is more like it.
13 Dec – 203.2 Up & Down all week but ended a touch lower so I’ll take it but clearly I will not make goal and that is sad.
20 Dec – 206.0 No major Christmas goodies yet and I have not began the baking yet either. Just clearly overeating and not moving enough. A lot of sitting with Christmas shopping travel, online shopping and wrapping.
27 Dec – 203.2 Doing a bit better it appears, if I look at the numbers for December. Today is my very large Christmas Dinner and party. It will be hard to keep this on the lower side to mark the end of December as successful. I will do my best.
31 Dec – 207.0 Wow. Between Christmas and New Years is my weakest point! Now it’s time to put the work in. There will be alcohol tonight but I will carefully monitor the food and their portions.
1 Jan – 207.8 OMGosh. Gotta change things immediately. This is the result of buckeye balls brought over by a friend, along with the milk. Grandkids will be over today. I’ll be giving them the rest!
3 Jan – 207.1 a little better after some ups and downs. Now back to what I saw in mid-December, at least!
10 Jan – 208.7 I think I’ve developed a bad habit of milk at night with full lactose. Bloating. Gotta nip the habit in the bud!
17 Jan - 206.8 Clearly I won’t make goal, but I am making a small amount of progress. Happy with that.
24 Jan - 206.2 Up & Down this week but ended lower than last week so I guess I should be grateful for that.
