Hio! I just started this past Monday (2/1) logging all my foods in MFP. So far I am loving it. I feel more in control and less guilty every time I take a bite of something. I am REALLY hoping I stick to this new way of tracking. I've been up and down in weight for years and years - like 30. I want to be fit for myself, for my boys and for my husband - obvi. Thanks for welcoming all who are new!
