The Introduce Yourself board is always one of the busier boards, if you start a thread and can't find it when you look you can find it again in the following ways:
On the Web Click on the bell icon 🔔 and then All Notifications from their you can choose Discussions which are threads you have started and also Replies which will show all the comments you've left in other threads.
On the App tap on the 🔍 icon in Author type your own username, on Date Within dropdown choose the relevant option and the same in the of box and then you'll get a list of your discussions and replies.
If you have notifications turned on you should also find any replies in the 🔔 notifications icon too, but if you're in any way active they can mount up quickly.

Hio! I just started this past Monday (2/1) logging all my foods in MFP. So far I am loving it. I feel more in control and less guilty every time I take a bite of something. I am REALLY hoping I stick to this new way of tracking. I've been up and down in weight for years and years - like 30. I want to be fit for myself, for my boys and for my husband - obvi. Thanks for welcoming all who are new!2
