Looking for support.

Hello Everyone!
My name is Evan. I recently subscribed to the premium again and am planning on making another attempt at getting back my health and my life. I have had some mental health problems a long time, and binge eating disorder a long time which contributed to gaining the extreme weight and developing health problems. I am at my highest weight ever (570), and have gotten multiple health problems. After another diagnosis I have realized I have to take this time to make a change and take back my life. Outside my treatment providers I don't have much support, so I suppose I'm positing here looking for someone. Maybe someone who could help keep each other accountable. Looking to make a support friend. Feel free to reach out and message or send a friend request. Thanks!

Hey Evan! 👋🏿 There are lots of semi-private groups that may be if interest to you as well as discussions in the main forums. I'll find some links and place them here ⬇️
I have it on good 'n kind authority (aka @tinkerbellang83) that these two threads may be helpful:

And definitely co-signing on @callsitlikeiseeit's suggestion below as physical health and mental health always manage to get entangled somehow.0 -
Do you have a counselor/ therapist. if not, I highly recommend finding one. They can be a huge source of support as well as helping you identify triggers and behaviors that you can work on changing.1
