Hey shorties - 5'0 to 5'4 women - what is your goal weight?

I am 5'3" and 46 years old. I weighed in at 112 pounds this weekend, so I've decided to take a diet break and eat at maintenance for the next week or two. After that, I will decide what I want to do next, but I suspect it will be a recomp. I'm small-framed, but quite muscular, so I don't think I'd want to go below 110. I've been smaller in the past, but that was before I started lifting.1

I'm 5'4" and I set my goal weight to a conservative 145lb. Hit that last month and am not content with where I'm at so now I'm adjusting my goal to 140lb, then 135lb, etc until the last really extra jiggle jogs off.1

I’m 5’2” and began at 150 with a mini-goal of 143 which I hit today. My next goal is 137. I’m 68.7

I'm 5'1" and 70.
My goal weight is 115, which is in the middle of normal BMI. Haven't weighed anywhere near that since 2002, when I hit menopause. I've lost 12 pounds in the past year, gained a few back, so it's time to start anew. This time I'm going to make it.

I'm almost 5'4". When I got to 160 I was a size 8-10 because I was doing a bootcamp class 3-4 days a week. Loved my size. I wanted to get to 145, because I'd be out of the "overweight" zone, but I just never could get out of the 160's! So, I just enjoyed them until I had to recoop and injury. Did Pilates for 3 1/2 years. My body felt good and recovered, but it isn't cardio so my weight went up.2

I’m 5’3” and am looking to get back down to 137 lbs. I was most comfortable there. 36.6 lbs to go...1

5’3”, 147, 63 years old. Up and down and up again. My “happy weight” is hovering around 125-130- I look my best and feel my best. I was there in March, then quarantine hit and I found my jar of yeast.... I need friends to keep me on track! Click on my profile and send a request, I’m here every day till this is done!0

I am 33, 5’2” tall and currently weigh 142lbs on my home scale first thing in the morning. My goal is 130lbs under the same conditions.
I am looking for accountability partners that are into fitness/working out. Anyone interested?0 -
I'm 5ft 4" and my goal is 115lbs.
My lowest weight was around 120 and I still looked a little chubby, i worked out a lot too, I think i just carry weight differently as my friends who weighed more looked smaller.0 -
I'm 5'4" and my ultimate goal is 120 lbs.
Granted, that's just a scale goal. It will depend on how my body looks at that weight - and I'll decide if I need to go any lower (maybe 115) or go more for recomp.0 -
5'3"
CW 230
First GW 199
Ultimate GW 170
That puts me at a size 12-14 or so which Im good with for a 50+ lady
When I was a size 8, I was around 145-150 pounds and smoked all the time3 -
I'm 5'3". Goal weight was 125, I have surpassed that and now hover between 120-123. I'm happy with how this looks, don't want to go under 120. Currently working on recomp to tone up the soft areas.1

5'2" (or 3 when I stretch:-)
Current weight: 145
Goal weight: 125
In my adult years, I've weighed as much as 165 lbs and as low as 108 lbs. Any lower than 120 and I've been asked if I was sick, I feel and look best between 125-130.
I'm a boredom and stress eater, so the pandemic has been the perfect formula for a 15 lb weight gain. Double whammy.
I am very active, cycle, walk, various types of yoga, hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking... and all the activity still doesn't allow me to eat "whatever I want" like some of my taller companions. It's just genetics.
So, here's to getting back on track in 20211 -
I'm 5ft 2 and 38 currently 147lbs goal weight 140lbs but looking at all of your posts maybe I should be aiming even lower. Guidelines say alot less but im a competitive swimmer so I don't think my frame will ever get much smaller?1

Competitive athletes are definitely among the outliers for BMI guidelines. You look very fit in your profile pic, I looked much heavier at 147, and I'm 5'4. Do you have a target body fat percentage?1 -
5'2 aiming for anywhere under 130! At my lightest and most fit I was 125, mind you that was seven years ago lol I'm at 149ish now.2
-
I'm 5'4" and currently around 155lbs (no scale battery at home right now... heh.)
I'm aiming to be around 115 eventually. I do aerial arts and find my current acrobatics partners struggle to carry over 125 so I'd like to be under that bar to practice being a "flyer" and not always a "base." I hope when vaccines are more readily available and gyms can start opening for small groups again that I can get back into trapeze which has been motivating me to stay focused on my weightloss journey. And hopefully will help with my weightloss journey when I can exercise there again instead of running and calisthenics.
I don't have any friends on here yet so feel free to add if you want accountability partners.3 -
5 4 and my initial goal is 150 and then I’ll evaluate. My highest weight was 201.6.1

Hi all,
My name is Cat
I'm 28 and weight 9st 7lbs. I'd like to lose 1 stone and maintain my weight at 8st 7lbs. I am only 5'1 now technically am in my healthy bmi, but I have a lot of fat around my belly, but and thighs. I also have a real affinity for sugar.
I really want to meet others and encourage each other on our journeys.
I am going to try and lose 1lb a week, with a focus on food more than exercise. Though I would also like to complete the C25K. I am currently on week 5.
I would like some accountability and support and would like to offer the same to others.
Would anyone like to add eachother on my fitness pal to keep an eye on eachothers food intake?
Help each other when craving food.
Nice to meet all.

I’m 5’1 (this is a bit of a shock because I always thought I was 5’0🤷🏼♀️) and goal weight is 115. I’ve never been that small as an adult so I figure when I get there I can decide how I feel about that weight on me. I’m 148-150 right now and wear a size 12, I’d like to be a size 2-40

5 feet, 0 inches tall!
Goal weight is 110, current weight 136.
I was 110 in college when I looked and felt my best. I realize that was over 16 years ago and also I've birthed a human.
But oh to be able to wear cute clothes again...2 -

5’1/38. I started at 176 in March and weighed in this AM at 150.
My goal weight is 135-140 but my dream weight is 118. It’s a dream weight bc I have never been that low and can’t imagine it to be real for me.
That’s quite possible!
I’ve NEVER revealed my weight to anyone and it’s time I let go of the shame I’ve imposed upon myself - especially if it will help someone else. So here goes...
I’m 5’4” and currently 205.4lbs at the age of 41 (as of last Saturday - I’m just getting back into things and haven’t yet weighed in this week). My goal weight is 155lbs. I have a long way to go, but I’ll get there.
My BMI has almost always been in the “obese” category, even as a competitive teen athlete (soccer, volleyball, softball, track and field) who, at one point, wore a size XS.
I was always really discouraged by the goal weight that I was told I *should* be able to achieve... until I recently bought a scale that showed my body composition. My fat-free body weight is currently 144.2lbs!! No wonder I could never hit the 120lbs that I was always told I “should” be at! I haven’t weighed anywhere *near* that since I was in middle school!
Like I said, I trained as an athlete all throughout my teens and even then I weighed about 150lbs. When I compared my weight to that of my teammates, I was so discouraged and erroneously believed I was way too heavy. Even my doctors based everything on my BMI without taking into consideration my body composition and it caused me to have some really unhealthy relationships with food. At 18, I overexercised and under-ate and ended up weighing 140lbs. That’s when I fit into an XS. I STILL felt like I was overweight because of the number on the scale and my BMI. I felt like no matter what I did, I was just going to be overweight anyway, so I gave up and ate whatever I wanted. This mentality persisted throughout most of my adult life leading me to where I am now. NOW I know better. When I get to 170lbs again, I’ll know I don’t have another 50lbs to drop and won’t give up!
All this to say - try really hard not to compare yourself to someone else, even if they’re about the same height as you. There are other important factors that play into what your number should be on the scale and if you’re healthy and FEEL good, that’s what really matters.

5'2" current weight 133. I had been around 115-120 all of my adult life without trying to gain or lose, until I moved to another country a few years ago, then due to a combination of change of diet and the selection of foods available (and getting a little too happy, content, and lazy), I gained about 20lbs. I want to get closer to what I was but with a little more muscle this time (not a lot, just a little more than I have now).
So although my goal weight is around 117lbs, it might be higher depending on how I feel and look after losing weight and continuing to workout.2
