Good morning everyone been here for about 7 days now just working my way around been using the food log and have already lost 3 pounds. Seeing what I'm eating and how much is helpubg.

    The food log is so important. It's your gateway to success!

    Three pounds in seven days is huge. It's not uncommon to have a big initial drop. Don't be bummed at yourself if it slows down. You're not doing anything wrong.

    What goals are you setting for yourself?

    That sounds like a great start. We all want to be healthy.

    What are you doing to make sure you do lose weight and do that in a healthy way? Have you set up any strategies to help insure you succeed? How's it going so far?
