Good morning everyone been here for about 7 days now just working my way around been using the food log and have already lost 3 pounds. Seeing what I'm eating and how much is helpubg.

The food log is so important. It's your gateway to success!
Three pounds in seven days is huge. It's not uncommon to have a big initial drop. Don't be bummed at yourself if it slows down. You're not doing anything wrong.
