I see a lot going on about one person of thousands on this board. Although I am saddened by some of the words I have seen displayed on these threads of late, I am amazed that anyone would leave due to one persons actions.

There was a time, a few months ago, where I must have angered a member of this site.

This person followed me around to each of the threads I posted on and copied what I said and put YAWNING smilies after each quote. Even going so far as to change some of what I had written.

I spent a lot of time and effort on my reponses at that time, in order to give back to this community a tad of what I had received from people like Tamtastic or Banks or Beans.

This person KNOWS who they are:yawn: :yawn: .

So we ALL make mistakes and we are ALL under the forgiveness sign waiting our turn.

    Reading about people stalking another on this site makes me very angry. And thank you to the ladies who likened this to their own abusive relationships. You are right! I think there are some guys out there who will even try to abuse another on a fitness site. This is upsetting to me. Come on, folks...lets all band together to stop this nonsense. This is OUR site, not THEIRS!

    I am glad that you were the "bigger" person when this was happening to you Jeannie. No one person has the power to drive another person away. If a person chooses to leave, they are the ones responsible for their leaving. Everyone makes a conscious choice on how to react or not react to other people's posts. Do I always agree with everyone....no.....but I also do not feel as if I am wronged when someone expresses an opinion different from my own. I am tired of people on this site who want to throw a pity party everytime someone disagrees with their philosophy.

    While I left at one point too, it wasn't because of harassment, it was because of a perceived feeling in general and I was a little worn out.

    Next time that happens to one of you guys, give me a jingle, I have a few tricks up my hacker sleeve that might put a nasty little thumbtack on their virtual chairs! :devil:

    Jeannie you have always had inspirational information, words of wisdom, great advice.
    Any person who messages you back with yawns... Has more problems than any of us.. Their problems go much deeper than excess weight... If they don't know what a great person your are and continue to be rude they won't have anyone to lean on... They surely will fail at anything with that attitude.
