After loosing 60 lbs within a year back in 2017-18 I managed to keep it off until this past April. Then....COVID hit. Gym closed, stuck at home, yada yada yada I managed to gain back almost 25 lbs. UGH. However, I made a deal with myself way back then. I started at a size 22-24 and got down to size 12-14. So I threw out any clothes size 16 and above swearing I would never again buy size 16. I can still squeeze into the 14's but they feel uncomfortable. So back to eating healthy, logging my food and actually using my Fitbit as a tool not just a time piece. I've done it before, I can do it again.22

I have my 4th marathon coming up in 8 weeks. While it would seem running 5 days a week would be helpful, I've gained weight slowly overtime by not watching my intake. Hoping I can shed 5-10 lbs before April and finish within my time goal.11

First next mini-goal is to get back to consistently STAYING under 140 (BMI index 25.something - barely overweight for age and height); then staying under 138 (out of BMI overweight / very top edge of Normal; then stay steady above / below 135 (so 137.9 highest to 133.1 lowest) given normal fluxuations.
This morning I was 141.811 -
I've been making my way slowly down towards my next mini goal of 150 and now I'm only 2 pounds away! We're about to hit the half way point in the Transformation Challenge at OrangeTheory and I'd love to weigh in at 150 or less in a week and a half. "Trust the process. Progress, not perfection."9

My mini-goal is to lose 10 pounds and buy myself a "bath spa experience" as a reward. I'm going to buy a bathtub pillow, a bathtub tray, a scented candle, and a night in a hotel (because I don't have a tub at home - I only have a shower). I want to soak in a tub with a good book and candle and bath salts, then put on a giant, fuzzy hotel bath robe and relax in bed.29

I just got restarted again and my first goal is to try and average losing 2 lbs/week... that and comparing my Progress pics to see a difference...9

My next goal is to lose 18 pounds to be at the ideal weight for my height. After reach that will start setting more fitness goals and recomposition goals. I do currently set fitness goals but will concentrate on them even more.10

Aiming to drop below 190 in the next week. I've been stuck inside due to bad weather (ice on the roads and paths right now; will go away once the polar vortex is gone) and can't wait to get back to my outdoor time. But I've been careful about intake so I should be ok.8

Doctor just informed me I am a donut away from diabetes, so mini goal bye bye donuts, pie, cake, cookies & biscuits! Surely this will benefit weight loss. Quit cigarettes Dec. 3 and daily goal is to keep working towards reducing factors contributing to heart disease.

I'm only 3.5 pounds away from being in the "normal" BMI and out of the "overweight" range. I started at the top end of "overweight." Been a long time since I was in normal territory and it's very exciting!18

Hoping to get to 160 soon and honestly what is motivating me right now is to just feel great doing activities I love this summer.10 -
Posted in the wrong thread, oops!
Editing to say that my mini goal is to increase my base pace at OrangeTheory by .1mph every other workout. (Base pace is a pace that is challenging but doable for about 30 minutes.) I'm three workouts into my increases and holding strong!9 -
My mini goal is to get below 145.
Currently at 151.6 - I got to 145 a few years ago, but then gradually went back up to low 160s. Lost a bit but started getting more serious at the start of 2021 which I started at 158. Once I get to it I am going to by myself a new game I've been wanting!13 -
1) less snoring
2) Easier breathing when going up a single flight of stairs
3) sub 227 (229.8 this morning)

I have stalled on the weight loss. But the thing that is motivating me right now is that I haven't gained back. Just been hanging out on one of those plateaus that happen. Although this one has been longer than I would have liked and I guess having two weeks off around my birthday didn't really help, but hey it's all good because its a journey.
Also I got myself this cute little white bikini (birthday present to myself...lol) and so I am motivated to look better in that.12 -
Back to 170 then below!9

It sounds like we living the same life basically - same exact thing getting down to 145 few years ago, then back up to low 160s. Getting more serious again now too and literally 151.4 today.
Let's crush this!8 -
Down to 75kg (my goal weight) just after Christmas, for one weigh in, but I am back to 77kg at present. That's probably partly because I have changed my exercise pattern, but also I have not been logging. It's within my mintenance range but at the top and I want to be lighter. So I am starting logging again today, and would love to be back at 75 kg by Easter, and trending at 75kg as well.7
