@kiran6002 i fast 18:6 about 3x/week. I stop eating around 9pm, wake up at 8 and don’t eat until 2pm. I have two eggs and two pieces of zero carb toast with coffee. Then I have a snack around 5pm - keto fat bombs/peanut butter on toast/whipped cream and Lily’s chocolate/sugar free jello/quest chips. Dinner time is around 8 and I make sure to have lots of protein and fat to keep me full through the night. Chicken and veggies cooked in lots of olive oil, salmon and veggies, chicken avocado salad, chicken/beef/veggie curries (I am Pakistani so we have a lot of that at the house). On the days I don’t fast I have the same breakfast around 10am, lunch at 3pm, dinner at 7pm. It honestly depends on how hungry I’m feeling. If I don’t feel like fasting and want to eat then I eat. It’s important to listen to your body. There are days I’m VERY hungry and I know for sure I go over my calories/carbs, but I don’t see it as a setback. I know it’s what my body needs at the time and as long as it’s real good food then there’s nothing wrong with it.
I hope that made sense and was somewhat helpful!4 -

wow that is quite an accomplishment, 100 lbs is a lot. Did you emotionally eat and have to work out stuff or just change your diet? Any time I had a problem I would think I had to eat like that would make it better and it always made it worse.1

I am definitely an emotional eater so I knew I had to focus on my diet. I didn’t exercise much at all.0 -

Congratulations! I have dropped over 100 lbs also but it has taken me years rather than months. The level of commitment and determination you put in to do it in 9 months is commendable. You've done this so now you know there is NOTHING you cannot do.0
