 It’s working for you ChrisRunner's/chicken legs.
 Jeez.
 On a positive note, my quads and calves are stronger than ever even though it doesn't look like it.
 I see more definition in them especially when flexed/bent than I ever have......I don't lift so I'm guessing it's from hitting the jump rope so often.....🤷♂️🤦♂️  
 I’ll throw these sticks in to the thread, lots of work to be done but happy overall 🙂
