Last week of February I had a weight loss breakdown. I binged every night and was set on quitting it all. I undid a lot of progress and was mad and disappointed.
Today I collected myself and I start again. I can do this.

Morning all! I went off the rails a bit on the last thread so I think I will be sticking to weekly weigh-ins for this one.
