I love me some roasted chick peas. Very high-fiber and filling. Just make sure there a bathroom nearby (sorry for the TMI but it's true! LOL)0

I made some today! Boiled them in vinegar before roasting for salt and vinegar chick peas...om nom nom.0

For you other metric people out there, roast them at 220 degrees celsius0

This sounded like a good idea so I found another recipe online for them...
1T lemon concentrate
1T olive oil
1t brown sugar
2t cumin
1/2t ground corriander
1/4t cinnamon
dash of pepper and cayenne to taste0 -

I made mine using a 390g tin (250g of chickpeas, rest is brine) then 1/2 tsp of canola oil and a sprinkle of salt. Works out at 112 cal per serve, a serve being 125g. (102c for chickpeas, 10c for the oil)0
