3/1 -184-- Cut my calories drastically from what I had been doing yesterday and I could feel it. Endedup with a headache, but I also did not drink enough water and was my first day back in the gym. I have a big goal for the month but I was in the 170's not long ago, just life happened. So hoping with getting back in the gym my body will adapt back quickly. I also had been eating any and everything so this weight should drop.
