Looking for support and accountability!

Well the last time I was logged in I was 50 pounds lighter and super strong and fit. I am ready to choose me and get back to my Fit 50 self. I tried to do a regular pushup yesterday and I couldn't, super sad. I started walking two weeks ago and I was up until 1:00 am this morning cooking so I could carry my meals in individual containers that are nutritionally balanced. Not doing anything crazy just planning to eat 5-6 times a day, 1500 calories 20% Protein, 30% Fat 50% Carbohydrates. Stay away form fast food and all the whites, flour & sugar. I am going to get to the doctors and have some blood work done just to check my nutrient deficiencies and hormones. I am 20 years post gastric bypass, 18 years were amazing, the last three have been really hard. I am posting because I need to have accountability, thank you to everyone who ready this and is willing to walk along side me during this journey of getting myself back to a healthy place. Cynthia
