    This challenge is working for me so far. I tend to forget the reason why I am eating within my calorie goal. Knowing that I will be writing down my progress helps to keep me focused.

    March 01: 206.6 Off to a good start! It’s not spring here (time without snow) until May where I am at in Northern Michigan. So no walking or outside activity until May as I am a fall risk. I’ll do my best to keep moving inside as best I can. Good luck everyone!
