I can see all the stairs in our new house are going to do the trick to help my scale weight reduce. This is the biggest one week loss I have had in six months -- and we moved in one week ago! I kept diet the same, improved my sleep, and am doing a LOT of stairs in the unpacking of our belongings!6 -
