HI EVERYONE! Ι missed two check ins but i did not back out! I actually did the weigh in of one of them i just didnt post it bc i was sick and not in the mood. I was unable to weigh myself on april 5 though and i probably wont be able to weigh myself on apr 12 either because i moved and i do not have a scale here yet. I did find one i like though so hopefully i'll buy it soon, that's all, see you soon!

STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.
Challenge starting weight: 148.8
3-1: 148.8
3-8: 148.54
3-15: 148.51
3-22: 146.77 think this was artificially low because doing low fiber for colonoscopy prep
3-29: 146.1 still low because of colonoscopy prep & only 3 days of weighing
4-5: 149.2 probably more likely actual weight, been gone for a week & not logging eating and only 3 days of weighing when returned

Current challenge loss: .4# gain
Challenge weight loss goal: 10#
I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so I have changed my numbers to the weekly average.

I bumped up my calories last week since I was undereating. It still should have been a sufficient deficit to lose a little, so I'm disappointed, but it could be a couple of other things - my energy came back and I got in all my scheduled workouts. I had some muscle soreness which could mean water retention, and even staying within my calories it was Easter and so the food was a little different than what I usually eat. I'm going to keep my calories up and the working out, but the return to my more usual foods this week and adjusting should mean, if I'm doing the math right, getting back to a loss this week. I'm trying really hard to not let the scale totally derail me, and give a couple of weeks to really see if this is working, but man, going up has messed a little with my head.4 -

April 05 206.6 Much better. I am suspecting that I am becoming lactose intolerant. My stomach really gets hard and bloats up after milk, cheese etc. I am weaning off for a test. Happy for this drop on the scale.
April 12: 207.4 An overnight setback. I made good choices yesterday and got in plenty of steps and exercise through some tough yardwork but my calories and carbs were over due to eating 3 meals instead of my normal 2. Hopefully this will adjust and I will get my 206 back soon!
