    CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 192.0

    CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT:

    Challenge Weight loss goal: I am aiming for a 5 pound per month.




    March 01: 206.6 Off to a good start! It’s not spring here (time without snow) until May where I am at in Northern Michigan. So no walking or outside activity until May as I am a fall risk. I’ll do my best to keep moving inside as best I can. Good luck everyone!
    March 08: 208.2 Wrong direction. Pizza last night during a family meeting showing up.
    March 15: 207.2 Daughter and 3 yr old grandson moved in. I’m not sure for how long. Family troubles. And I thought planning the diet was tough with remodeling team here every day! Wow, this will be challenging!
    March 22: 207.4 Up & Down & topsy turvy all week. Focus…Focus…Focus…
    March 29: 207.0 Better than last week and right back at the challenge starting weight. Now, to focus on actual progress and not yo-yo’s.

    I'm Chris. 71 yrs old. With Covid and the holidays my weight has gone up and up. ugh!

    I've lost 11.2 lbs so far this challenge, which is awesome, but I hit a major wall last week with my energy levels so I'm going to ease up for a couple of weeks and see if I can still lose weight, but maybe not so fast. I'm bumping up my intake by 300 calories daily, so we'll see if I can get the math to shake out how I want it and still remain energetic and active. (Not much point to rapid weight loss if I feel like I have to lie down all day.)
