    recipe ^^^ actually pretty easy!

    I don't have mascarpone rn but am planning on using this substitute: "Try mixing 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese with 4 tablespoons whipping cream and 2 tablespoons softened butter until blended. This will give you almost equal to 300g mascarpone"

    I had forgotten it was pi(e) day, and actually do have a piece of frozen leftover apple pie in my freezer I am now going to have tonight. You are all making me want a bagel with lots of cream cheese, however.
