March 01: 206.6 Off to a good start! It’s not spring here (time without snow) until May where I am at in Northern Michigan. So no walking or outside activity until May as I am a fall risk. I’ll do my best to keep moving inside as best I can. Good luck everyone!

Belated happy birthday to you! (I turn 72 in May)
A little weight gain on such an occasion is okay, I think. Yesterday, I celebrated Pi Day (3/14) with a slice of chocolate satin pie! I managed to do that staying under my calorie allowance, although I did exceed my fat allowance. I figure as long as I don't make that the rule rather than the exception, I'll be alright.

I may be complaining for a minute. I have a love/hate relationship with MFP. I love that there are a lot of users on here. I don't love the interface. We don't get notified when when someone posts to this group (or maybe I can, and I just don't know how). It is a lot of work to look through page after page of updates to see how folks are doing. I assume the same is true for my updates. I suspect that I am recording this data and believing it is accountability. I guess as long as I believe it that is all that matters.2 -
