I joined my fitness pal in 2013 at 175lbs (currently 174.6), I never got less than 168lbs. I think I’ll finally achieve this by early May.! Even though returning to work (long hours, stressful) in April will be hard, I’m so happy with losing 20.4lbs so far this year!8 -

Mar 08: …208.4 A lousy weight after several glucose drops this past week. I am having to take it slow now. If I can keep my glucose more level, I can make small changes and get there slowly.
Mar 15: …207.0 In the right direction but still room for improvement.
Mar 22: …207.4 Well, that is disappointing. High sodium St. Patty’s Day Dinner and some travel and restaurant days didn’t help. I’ll have to tighten the belt. My daughter and 3 yr old grandson moved back in this past week. I’m not sure how long it will last but she keeps bringing her tempting treats in. Saying no sometimes is key!
