It was a switch that just needed to flip. I was tired of looking at the last 5 years of struggle that reflected in the mirror.
Developed a routine, accountability, positive thinking was new for me and took practice, no restrictive dietary exclusions just thoughtful choices and accountability for the things I do choose.
1-3 days in the gym and 30min fast walk/jog on weekends.

You cracked the code! Well done. I have a a few quick question. Did your alcohol consumption change during the last 6 months? Did you incorporate a fast of any kind? Did you track your calories daily during the 6 months? Thank you.1

1- Alcohol, yes, I cut down on this quite a bit. I went from 3-4 daily (rough times didn’t handle well) to now 1-2 glasses of wine a month like I used to.
2- I began tracking calories at the end of December. Not so much just calories but quality of calories. I stopped fast food and soda as they were a quick fix coping mechanism in September. Physical routine (helped by personal trainer for accountability) began January 4th 2021.
3-motivational and positive thought is a training exercise to refraining my mind and lens through which I see everything.
