    I did not meet my march goal -- which, I'll admit makes me unhappy. This last week was good, but the week before that was off the rails. I am lower than I was a month ago, and I should be happy about that. I will choose to use my unhappiness as motivation to better in April.

    I'm Chris. 71 yrs old. With Covid and the holidays my weight has gone up and up. ugh!

    Challenge Weight loss goal: I am aiming for a 5 pound per month.




    March 01: 206.6 Off to a good start! It’s not spring here (time without snow) until May where I am at in Northern Michigan. So no walking or outside activity until May as I am a fall risk. I’ll do my best to keep moving inside as best I can. Good luck everyone!
    March 08: 208.2 Wrong direction. Pizza last night during a family meeting showing up.
    March 15: 207.2 Daughter and 3 yr old grandson moved in. I’m not sure for how long. Family troubles. And I thought planning the diet was tough with remodeling team here every day! Wow, this will be challenging!
